At the meeting, the participating experts discussed the feasibility and necessity of the standard, taking into account that my country’s casting machinery system is huge, the equipment is diverse, the volume is large, the process is complicated, there are many risk factors, and different equipment is different due to the nature of the work. The potential safety hazards are also different. In order to eliminate safety risks and ensure that the standards formulated are more operable, and are truly used to promote the development of safe production of casting machinery, the final decision is to develop a series of standards based on the division of casting machinery product modules.

After years of hard work, we have made significant achievements and significant progress, especially in die casting machines, molding and core making equipment, shot blasting equipment, etc., which have reached and approached the advanced industrial development of foreign countries. The advanced level of the country. Based on the strategies of domestic transformation and upgrading and “dual carbon” requirements, the experts are looking at development trends such as the new round of international scientific and technological revolution and the rise of industrial reforms, combined with the current situation and development trend of the foundry machinery industry, and have constructed the overall framework of the series of standards from a professional perspective. And the content puts forward opinions and suggestions, not only considering safety factors, but also planning to incorporate ecological and technological achievements to support the forward-looking, feasibility and effectiveness of the series of standards. In addition, in order to lay the foundation and create a good pioneer, the meeting unanimously decided that Li Qin should be the project leader to coordinate the project. The “Die Casting Equipment Risk Assessment Guide” was the first shot for this series of standard projects, and the international Standard formulation, achieve advanced deployment, advanced prevention, promote the lasting stability of the safety situation of foundry machinery, and further promote the high-quality, high-level and high-standard development of my country’s foundry machinery, and seize the new coordinate of international foundry safety development.
The development of the series of standards for the risk assessment guidelines for foundry machinery was jointly formulated by the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee and the National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. It is guided by GB/T 15706 “General Principles of Mechanical Safety Design Risk Assessment and Risk Reduction” , Translate and implement the safety-related requirements of foundry machinery and equipment modules into the safe production of foundry machinery, and lay a solid foundation for sustainable development of my country’s foundry machinery safety technology and safety level. In addition, the strong combination of the two standard committees will also provide an important demonstration and guiding role for the future implementation of the GB/T 15706 Type A standard to the specific product safety standard (ie Type C standard) development project of the machinery industry. , To provide a strong engine for jointly building the safe, sustainable and healthy development of my country’s machinery.
This series of standard projects belong to the Mechanical Safety Sub-committee of the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee and the Basic General Sub-committee of the National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. Nan’an China National Machinery Standardization Research Institute serves as the secretariat of the two sub-technical committees. , Zhu Bin, the dean of the institute, said that he would go all out to complete the development of this series of standards with high quality, and call relevant experts based on specific positioning to work together to advance the work as soon as possible.
At the same time, the meeting also reviewed the draft national standard “Safety Requirements for Large Machines”, and discussed and confirmed in detail the relevant provisions proposed at the Quanzhou Conference in early September.
