Detailed introduction：
We are one of the largest grinding rods manufacturer in China. We produce the high-quality grinding rods with all kinds of size, chemical composition and hardness. Usually the length is 2m to 6m. The diameter is 30mm to 140mm. The hardness is HRC50-55. We could also produce as per the user’s request.
In order to reduce the dimensional tolerance, the blanking of the steel grinding rod is implemented via the sawing machine. After blanking, the two ends of the raw material are polished into the R arc via the polishing machine. There is no the crack, overburning and fissure for our grinding rods.

Nonstraightness: ＜0.2%.
Diameter tolerance: +0mm / -1.5mm.
Length tolerance: +0mm / -20mm.
Fracture rate: ＜ 3%.
Hardness: HRC50-55
